The link to the documentary below reveals an industry in crisis. The food industry has begun to think more of food as a commodity. When something becomes a commodity, fraud quickly follows as the goal becomes not improved quality, but instead becomes percent market share and improved profits for the industry—at whatever cost. And we, the consumer, consume the food totally unaware of what is happening behind the scenes. We continue to consume the food totally ignorant to the fact that it is not food as we had assumed, but something which looks like food and stimulates our tastebuds, but does nothing to improve our health in any way. Truth be told, it is doing totally the opposite—making us sick.

Hopefully, this documentary will motivate you to take more responsibility for your own health by becoming more self-sustaining.
